Saint Louis, MO — Today, Cori Bush proudly announced the endorsement of Justice Democrats, a progressive federal political action committee powered by grassroots donations.
“We have proudly been with Cori since she first decided to run for Congress in 2017 because she is a fighter.” said Alexandra Rojas, Executive Director of Justice Democrats. “Since then, she has redefined what it means to bring true urgency and power for poor and working people to Washington. She is one of the most working class voices we’ve had in Congress and now more than ever St. Louis and our nation needs more voices of conscience who are going to stand up for what’s right for all people. That couldn’t be clearer while this district is represented by politicians like Wesley Bell who will bend to Trump’s donors and the billionaire class that has ushered in the authoritarianism and corporate greed we see now.”

Cori recently announced her re-election campaign to represent Missouri’s First Congressional District earlier this month, pledging to fight for St. Louis families squeezed by rising costs, broken systems, government abandonment, and anti-democratic attacks from Trump and his billionaire allies.
